本計畫擬建立雲嘉地區沿岸水域之斑節蝦與紅尾蝦放流區域之水質、底質及餌料生物相基本資料，俾為雲嘉海域栽培漁業之發展奠定基礎。本年度計畫將建立嘉義東石沿海區域水體環境基本資料，以作為將來栽培漁業之準備。另建立斑節蝦栽培漁業技術，俾為雲嘉海域栽培漁業之發展奠定基礎。本年度計畫將建立斑節蝦種苗量產與中間育成技術、標識放流及效益評估模式，以增加雲嘉地區海域斑節蝦資源，提高漁民收益。

The purpose of this project is to establish the data of the water quality and sediment andplankton along the coastal waters of Yunlin and Chiayi for stock enhancement ofsakura prawn and red-tail shrimp. The plan of this year are to analyzed theenvironment factors of coastal waters in Tonshu, these data will be the basis of stockenhancement of sakura prawn and red-tail shrimp.and another to establish thetechniques of stock enhancement along the coastal waters of Yunlin and Chiayi ofkuruma prawn. The objectives of this year are to establish the mass production of seed,large-scale nursery, tagging techniques and to evaluate the effort of releasing of kurumaprawn. The establishment of the techniques of stock enhancement will increase thefishery resources of kuruma prawn along the coastal waters of Yunlin and Chiayi andbenefit the fishermen as a result.
