抗緊迫九孔種苗之研發

近年來養殖九孔無法附板著苗、稚貝成貝大量死亡,損失嚴重,可能係細菌、病毒感染或因環境變化等所導致,養殖環境及經營管理模式須要再加強改善,九孔抵抗環境緊迫能力的提昇更是迫在眉睫,本計畫目標利用不同鹽度短時間緊迫九孔,探討其對低鹽度之耐受性,進而篩選出對低鹽度環境具耐性之九孔加以繁殖,期能建立耐低鹽度緊迫九孔種苗品系,以提高九孔養殖之活存率,減少因鹽度降低對九孔養殖業所造成的負面影響。

In recent years, cultured abalone (Haliotis diversicolor) larvae can not settle on thecorrugated plastic sheet, meanwhile the juvenile and the adult abalone can not be grewto market size. The causes of this phenomenon are unknown. The possible factors mayinclude the genetic variation of abalone, pathogens or the environmental stresses.Culture practice management is needed. To elevate the ability of this abalones' antistressof environment is an extremely urgent need. The aim of this project will focus onthe enhancement of resistances to environmental stresses such as salinity and usingselection and breeding strategy. In the short term, different salinities sea water will beused to shock abalone in a short time to screen the high tolerance to low salinity. Thelong term goal of this project is to select strains of abalone that are tolerance to lowsalinity.
