海水觀賞生物之繁養殖試驗

一.海水觀賞生物之繁、養殖試驗以確立之庫達海馬人工繁、養殖技術,作為不同養殖條件探討之基礎,進而提高庫達海馬幼魚之活存率及其成長。分析不同餌料、溫度及鹽度養成之庫達海馬體成分之差異,以作為日後商品化之參考依據。目的在建立德班氏活額蝦苗養殖模式其重點為初期苗大量養殖試驗及後期苗餌料試驗二.章魚、銀塔鐘螺繁養殖及放流試驗本年度將執行銀塔鐘螺種苗生產、幼苗標識放流及放流苗之追蹤調查,探討種苗放流之效益,作為資源復育方法之參考。同時執行澎湖章魚之蓄養及人工繁殖,探討其適當棲所、餌料、成長、成熟體型、產卵季節、產卵、孵化、胚胎發育及幼苗培育,作為建立人工繁殖技術之基礎。並可解明其生活史,提供種名鑑定及資源復育之參考。

一.海水觀賞生物之繁、養殖試驗We try to establish the technologies of Hippocampus kuda culture breeding andpropagating. Then we take these technologies as the basis of different breedingcircumstances, and therefore we can increase the survival and growth rate ofHippocampus kuda. Also we analyze different foodstuffs, temperature, salinity that willinfluence the body components of Hippocampus kuda; thus we can refer to the analysiswhen we want to commercialize Hippocampus kuda.To set up the model of success of dancing shrimp Rhynchocinetes durbanensis larvaerearing. The methods is :1、Studies on the early larval mass rearing of dancing shrimpRhynchocinetes durbanensis.2、Effect of foods on the later larval development ofdancing shrimp Rhynchocinetes durbanensis.二.章魚、銀塔鐘螺繁養殖及放流試驗The hatchery-reared juvenile production and label-release-recapture experiments will beconducted in this plan. The results will be apllied to assessing whether the seeding isviable tool for population enhancement. At the same time, the maintenance andreproduction of Octopus spp. will be conducted too. The tank system, diet, growth,mature size, spawning season, spawning behavior, embryonic development, hatchingand larvae rearing will be studied. The results will be apllied to juvenile production forculture and population enhancement and to understanding the complete life cycle foridentification.
