1.Development special artificial diets must to establish the lipid requirement andutilization datas in the different growth stages of cobia. This study will use fish oil, soybean oil and lard to make different oil level diets to feed the body weight 1~2Kg ofcobia. The optimum lipid requerment was eastimate by weight gain, feed coversionratio and analysis of the lipid contain in ventral, dorsal and viscera to understand thelipid utilization for cobia.2.The aim of this study will determine the dietary calcium and phosphorus requirementand the utilization of calcium and phosphorus in fish meal for cobia. These informationwill be able to get basic information to develop artificial feed for cobia and preventwater pullotion because of over suplement phosphate.3.The purpose of this study is to determine the feeding stimulating effects of nucleotidesand their related compounds on cobia. Soybean meal based artificial dietssupplemented with amino acids and nucleotides not only can evoke more active feedingbehavior, but also can improve the nutrition value and reduce the cost of the diets. Italso can reduce the percentage of uneaten diet rate to achieve the demand of protectingenvironment. The result of this study can provide as an important information for fishfarmers and feed makers when they purchase or manufacture fish diets.
