The purpose of this project is to establish the database of nucleotide sequences ofcytochrome b gene in mitochondrial DNA for important aquatic species in Taiwan.Those data can be used as a standard sequence in species identification for fisheryresources management, trading and conserving of aquatic species; and offered forstudies of biology diversity.
