Species composition and variation of macrobenthos in the prawn cultured ponds, andtheir relationship with the stocking of prawns and application of artificial feeds will bestudied. Six Tiger Prawn cultured tanks will be set up. Tiger Prawn juveniles will bestocked in three different densities with two duplicates, to access the influence of prawnsto benthic fauna. Macrobenthos will be obtained by washing the sediments with 0.5 mmmesh standard sieve. ORP value, salinity, dissolved oxygen and water temperature oftank water and sediment will be measured in situ. Variation of benthic fauna andbacteria will also be observed
