The purpose of this project is developing a simple, fast and sensitive kit for the diagnosisof fish bacterial diseases. The anticipative advantages of this kit are easy using, timesaving (3 to 6 hours) and the isolation of bacteria in sample is not necessary. Wesuggested the kit could be used by the first line technicians to prevent fish disordersduring the initial stage, to keep away from the abuse or misuse of medicines and to assistaquaculture to be a sustabinable environment-friendly industry.-
