九孔遺傳育種之研究

遺傳變異已成為選別農作物及水產動物的生產性狀的重要參考,如促進成長,環境適應等等,如果欲提昇九孔對環境變遷及耐病力,那麼建立九孔的生物岐異度則是當前要務。因此,本計畫擬以微隨體、逢機增多型性及簡單重覆序列等方式分析養殖九孔間的親緣關係,作為九孔種貝的親本篩選,避免近親交配,進而尋求適用的九孔品種應用於九孔產業。

Genetic variation analysis allowed the breeding selection in crops and aquatic animals.To establish a sustainable aquaculture industry of small abalone (Haliotis diversecolor),increasing the biodiversity of stocks is very urgent at present. The purpose of this projectis to analyze the genetic variability among different rearing stocks by using thetechniques such as microsatellite, random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) andinter simple sequence repeat (ISSR). It would be the first step to set up the diversegenetic broodstocks of abalone and could be applied in breeding selection in the future.
