一.多重衛星影像於漁場形成機制探討及漁海況速預報之應用(1)多重衛星資料蒐集及處理分析。(2)發展重要水文特徵自動萃取及繪製系統。(3)研發漁場資訊系統及建立速預報發佈通訊管道。(4)烏魚漁海況調查及速報報導。(5)烏魚生物調查。二.應用3S技術整合台灣沿岸養殖環境資訊與監測模式之建立94年:規劃建置沿岸養殖漁業GIS系統,結合衛星遙測、GPS及現場數位資訊並透過無線傳輸即時整合,完成網路GIS介面之開發。1.沿岸養殖環境地理資訊系統之規劃與建置:2.建立衛星遙測同步接收暨轉換建置為GIS圖層之分析整合模式:3.現場環境資訊實測蒐集與整合:4.查報模式之規劃設計與建立:5.現場即時動態影像模式之建立。一.多重衛星影像於漁場形成機制探討及漁海況速預報之應用1.利用多重衛星影像綜合分析,可獲取更多海洋表層水文特徵資訊,作為漁場環境分析應用,並降低雲層遮蔽造成衛星觀測資料不足之影響。2.發展重要水文特徵自動繪製作業系統,可進一步提供漁海況速報加值服務,同時建立數值化水文特徵資料庫,可作為長期漁海況速預報重要基礎依據。3.建立衛星影像遠距傳輸系統,提供海上作業漁民業者近即時取得海況資訊及多重衛星影像資料,用以判斷漁場分佈位置,提升漁民漁撈作業效率及降低作業成本。4.提供漁民準確鯔魚漁汛資料,使漁民掌握魚群動態、減少人力、能源浪費,增加漁民收益。5.建立漁況的變動模式,同時究明漁況變動之因子及資源動態與監測。二.應用3S技術整合台灣沿岸養殖環境資訊與監測模式之建立一、藉由養殖環境地理資訊之整合與GIS之規劃與分析,並配合現地實測資料之蒐集與比對,除可進一步了解各環境影響因子與養殖現況之關聯性外,透過網際網路資料傳輸,亦能達到近即時監測與產業現況之查報更新,使相關漁政主管機關或研究人員能掌握產業相關脈動與需求。二、透過圖層套疊與空間分析,並強化屬性資料之連結與查詢,除能探討不同環境影響因子與養殖生產量之關係外,進一步作為歸納建立災害GIS模式,未來希藉由上述模式與即時之遙測資訊,提供漁政主管機關與業者有價值之災害預警情- 7 -*1114479942968* 1114479942968 2005/04/26 09:45:42報,以期減少養殖損失,並可作為政策規劃管理上之參考。三、未來將建立海上箱網養殖選址模式,並藉由大範圍即時遙測與實測之比對,探討與歸納相關圖層項目與權重因子,進而研判不同適合度之潛在區位,減少投資風險與降低經營成本,期能讓沿岸海域獲得更合理之空間規劃與區分利用。

一.多重衛星影像於漁場形成機制探討及漁海況速預報之應用In this study, the semi-automatic detection and geostatistical technology will bedeveloped to apply for hydrographic features (i.e. cold & warm eddy, fronts) extractionin multi-satellite images, which include the pseudo-color sea surface temperature images,ocean color images and their contour maps. The value-added satellite images nowcastwill be announced to the fisherman to supply more helpful and serviceful fishing groundinformation, especially in the mullet fishery industry.Integrated the multi-satellite images and in-situ hydrographic data by geographicinformation system (GIS) will expect to help decrease the coast of waste oil and promotethe efficiency of fishing operation. In addition, the instable mullet-fishing production hadbeen caused by the global warming and the inappropriate fishing method from theChina's fisherman. This study will analyze the yearly migration and distribution, age andsize structure dynamics and fishery-oceanographic data of the mullet to understand thefish population spatial-temporal distribution and the mechanism of the fishing groundformation.二.應用3S技術整合台灣沿岸養殖環境資訊與監測模式之建立Cage culture in coastal waters become popular in southern Taiwan. Problems frequentlyarise because of poor site selection. In order to acquire hydrographic conditions ofcoastal fishing grounds and cage culture areas, a prototype of data collection andtransmission system will be established. Oceangraphic parameters such as watertemperature, light intensity, turbidity others of the culture environment are collected byvarious sensors setting on site of a cage . Also, a CCD camera is used to get images offish activities in the cage. All the digital data and images are recorded in the memory ofeach sensor for a period of time and transmitted by means of wireless technology likeGPRS or Wi-Fi technology to the server in computer center of Fisheries ResearchInstitute. Integration of 3S technology(GPS,GIS,RS) will be useful to aquaculture siteselection or disaster pre-warning analysis applications .The collected data is processedand transferred into a database for further analysis using GIS system.-
