應用3S技術整合台灣沿岸養殖環境資訊與監測模式之建立

為掌握沿岸養殖場的海漁況,經由現場測量及設置水下感測器,將環境因子如溫度、光度、Vidio等記錄於datalog之方式,蒐集臺灣沿岸養殖地理環境資訊,並將類比訊號轉換為數位資料,再透過GPRS/TCP或無線網路技術將相關資料及現場即時動態影像傳回本所伺服器,匯入MySQL資料庫,除可供未來GIS圖層之建立外,亦具連續性環境資訊蒐集與節省人力之特點,並結合衛星遙測與全球定位系統之3S整合技術(GPS,GIS,RS)加以套疊分析,將有助於台灣水產養殖環境之長期監測、區位選址與災害預警模式之建立。

Cage culture in coastal waters become popular in southern Taiwan. Problems frequentlyarise because of poor site selection. In order to acquire hydrographic conditions ofcoastal fishing grounds and cage culture areas, a prototype of data collection andtransmission system will be established. Oceangraphic parameters such as watertemperature, light intensity, turbidity others of the culture environment are collected byvarious sensors setting on site of a cage . Also, a CCD camera is used to get images offish activities in the cage. All the digital data and images are recorded in the memory ofeach sensor for a period of time and transmitted by means of wireless technology likeGPRS or Wi-Fi technology to the server in computer center of Fisheries ResearchInstitute. Integration of 3S technology(GPS,GIS,RS) will be useful to aquaculture siteselection or disaster pre-warning analysis applications .The collected data is processedand transferred into a database for further analysis using GIS system.
