The variation of water quality and the variation of physiology of grouper during livegrouper transportation were studied in this year. After the project was finished, theoxygen consumption of grouper in different size and different density will be known.The impact of carbon dioxide and nitrogen excretion to water quality during livegrouper transportation were understood. Therefore, the best technique of live groupertransportation was suggested.
