觀賞生物之繁養殖試驗

淡水觀賞魚類養殖為結合漁業與服務業的企業,隨著休閒遊憩活動的蓬渤發展,成為具潛力之養殖事業,同時又由於觀賞魚類養殖可充分利用循環用水且單位面積生產量高,可達節約養殖用水之目的,亟為符合當前淡水漁業發展的政策。首先針對淡水觀賞魚市場消費最穩健之物種–神仙魚進行研究,已解決所遭遇之問題;本年度擬進行光照與溫度對其生殖生理研究,期能解決繁養殖上的瓶頸,振興該產業。

In the global ornamental fish market, the angelfish, Pterophyllum spp., is one of the mostimportant species. It's culture by numerous professional and amateur breeders and avariety of strain has been developed over the years. However, our knowledge on theeffect of photoperiod and temperature in reproduction systems is limited. The aim of thisstudy was to evaluate the combined effect of different photoperiod and temp. conditionson gonad development, egg fertilization rate and fry growth for angelfish.
