The purpose of this study is to define the activity of phagocytosis in macrophage afterJapanese eel ( Anguilla japonica) being induced by chitosan and glucan. The phagocytosiscapability will be examined, on cultured plate, after macrophages of experimental groupare challenged by bacteria in vitro.
