一.攝餌促進劑之開發研究-海鱺的大豆蛋白飼料中胺基酸的添加效果本研究的目的是 確立大豆蛋白飼料中胺基酸的添加對海鱺魚苗的攝餌促進效果。飼料中胺基酸的添加,除可促進海鱺魚苗的攝餌率外,也可增加黃豆粉的營養價並提昇其利用效率,使飼料成本降低,增高收益。二.海鱺飼料改進研究-碳水化合物之利用飼料費用佔海鱺生產成本百分之六十以上所以開發海鱺專用的人工飼料應是當務之急,故急需建立相關之基礎資料,目前相關營養需求研究已有初步結果,但目前尚未有碳水化合物之相關資料,而商用飼料製造時使用大量碳水化合物,多數海水肉食性魚類對碳水化合物之利用率低,海鱺屬海水肉食性魚類,因此本計畫擬針對飼料製造大量使用之麵粉進行其利用率之探討,作為開發海鱺人工飼料之應用。建立海鱺對對碳水化合物利用之基礎資料,作為開發海鱺專用人工飼料之應用。三.飼料添加肉鹼對吳郭魚成長與肉質之影響探討飼料添加肉鹼對吳郭魚成長與魚體脂質分布之影響吳郭魚飼料中添加適當的肉鹼,若證明其效應,應可增加其對植物性蛋白的利用率並減少養殖魚內臟中脂肪蓄積以增加其對環境的耐受力,除可降低飼料成本亦具有魚肉品質改善之效果。四.飼料添加劑對銀鱸成長與體脂質含量之影響水產養殖業使用高能量飼料是目前流行的趨勢,但提高飼料非蛋白質能量的供應(特別是由脂質提供)常伴隨著魚體脂肪含量的增加。高能量的攝取也會影響養殖魚蝦的品質,因為體脂肪蓄積的部位、含量與組成將影響其營養價值、風味、轉化率以及貯存的安定性。其中肉鹼因具有降低禽畜體脂、提高肌肉品質以及多項生理功能,被視為類維生素物質而廣泛添加於畜產飼料中,本試驗擬研究飼料中添加肉鹼對銀鱸成長與體脂質分佈之影響,以利用飼料添加的方式達到改變魚肉成分組成之目的,進而增進淡水魚對人類的營養價值。五.甲殼素及多醣體增進鰻魚免疫能力之研究研究鰻魚飼料中添加chitosan與glucan後,從魚體分離出巨噬細胞,在in vitro的環境下進行巨噬細胞的培養,測試巨噬細胞對於侵入細菌的吞噬效應,測試巨噬細胞經添加物誘導後是否可適度增強細胞性吞噬活性,並提出試驗上的真實證據。- 10 -*1111021999732* 1111021999732 2005/03/17 09:13:19六.草蝦種蝦優質飼料研發本計畫掌握主要生產區的草蝦種蝦培育情形,供相關單位輔導政策擬定參考,並了解草蝦種蝦培育場的經營管理方式,種蝦生殖力和種蝦健康情形及活存率,建立草蝦種蝦的生產模式,並研發具促進草蝦健康、高成熟、高活存率、高生殖品質及低污染的水產人工配合飼料,以降低養殖成本,使草蝦養殖得以永續經營。。七.石斑魚優質飼料研發本試驗分別以10% 魚油、紅花籽油、大豆油或花生油等四種不同油脂配製得試驗飼料餵飼龍膽石斑稚魚十二週以評估龍膽石斑稚魚對脂肪酸之需求。

1. Development of feeding stimulants- Effect of adding amino acids to soy-protein baseddiets on growth of cobia.The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of amino acids as afeeding stimulant adding to soy-protein based diets for cobia. Soy-protein based dietssupplemented with amino acids also can improve the nutrition value and reduce the costof diets.2. The study of improvement diet for cobia-The utilization of carbohydrate.The aim of this study will be investigated the utilization of different levels flour dietsin cobia, these data will be able to get basic information to improvement the artificialfeed for cobia.3. Effects of dietary carnitine inclusion on the growth and flesh quality of hybrid tilapia.Dietary carnitine supplementation was found to improve growth in several fishspecies, and also been shown that dietary carnitine supplements reduced the lipidcontent of liver and muscle in several species. By contrast, dietary carnitinesupplementation did not affect growth performance in salmonids, nor did it reduce bodylipid content in several species. This study is conducted to investigate the effect of dietarycarnitine supplementation on the growth and body lipid distribution of hybrid tilapia.4. The effect of feed additive on growth performance and body lipid distribution of silverperch.The use of low fish meal and high energy diets is a current practice in theaquaculture industry, as these diets have been considered beneficial for economic andnutritional reasons. However, such diet with high levels of alternative plan proteinsand/or non-protein energy supply (particularly through fats) is generally associated withan increase in whole-body lipids. Increasing awareness exists of the effects of such highcaloric intake on the quality of fish products as human food, because the localization,quantitative importance and composition of body fat deposits may affect their dieteticvalue, organoleptic properties, transformation yield and storage stability. The ami of thisstudy is conducted to elucidate the effect of dietary carnitine on the growth performanceand body lipid distribution of silver perch.5. Improve the cellular immunity of eel (Anguilla japonica) after chitosan or β-glucaninduced.The purpose of this study is to define the activity of phagocytosis in macrophage afterJapanese eel ( Anguilla japonica) being induced by chitosan and glucan. The research and development of high quality feeds on tiger shrimp broodstock.This project will acquire the rearing tiger shrimp broodstock situation in the mainproduction area that for the relative government to make policy consultation and someinstructional decision.Those will know the the tiger shrimp broodstock administrationstyle, broodstock fecundity, shrimp health, survival rate in the rearing station in order toestablish the production mode of tiger shrimp broodstock. We research the high qualityand low pollution of artificial feed for improving shrimp health, higher maturation,survival rate and fecundity of the tiger shrimp. Those will decrease the culture cost andthe tiger shrimp culture enterprise will be in beneficial administration forever.7. Studies on the superior quality of grouper.The present study was designed to determined dietary requirements of grouper foressential fatty acids with a goal to differentiate the fatty acids metabolism. Juvenilegrouper were reared on semipurified diets for 12 wks. Four experimental diets wereformulated to contained 10% fish oil, safflower oil, soybean oil or peanut oil.
