萃取水產機能性成分作為保健食品和肌膚保養品之研究

針對大宗漁獲物及其魚子、加工副產物或低度利用之水產資源進行機能性成分萃取,開發多樣性之保健食品或美容保養品素材;或篩選具有低敏原且防腐抑菌之機能成分,並將此等抑菌、防腐、防黴之天然素材應用在美容保養品或機能保健產品。如此以提升水產品之附加價值,並予以商品化且將其量產推廣或技術轉移,以提昇產業之競爭力。

Functional elements were extracted from the staple catches, roes, processing by-productsand low-using aquatic resources and developed variable source materials of health foodsor cosmetics; or sifted the hypoallergenic and antiseptic functional constituents andapplied them in the cosmetics and functional health products. Value added in aquaticproducts will be promoted by this project and the competitive ability of the industry willbe advanced by manufacture and commercialization of these products or technologytransfer.
