Functional elements were extracted from the staple catches, roes, processing by-productsand low-using aquatic resources and developed variable source materials of health foodsor cosmetics; or sifted the hypoallergenic and antiseptic functional constituents andapplied them in the cosmetics and functional health products. Value added in aquaticproducts will be promoted by this project and the competitive ability of the industry willbe advanced by manufacture and commercialization of these products or technologytransfer.
