海鱺肌動蛋白基因選殖及起動子分析

海鱺是極具發展潛力之國際性養殖魚種,將可與鮭魚養殖產業相提並論,然而如同鮭魚養殖產業發展時所遇到之瓶頸,疾病及使用高量魚油已漸形成海鱺產業發展主要障礙,但是鮭魚在這兩方面的分子層面研究甚多,例如病原菌分子快速診斷、DNA疫苗、脂肪酸合成基因調控等已頗具成果,其中肌動蛋白基因及其起動子為研究基因調控、轉殖及表現重組蛋白時的必備的要件,而海鱺分子層面研究則仍在起步階段,尚無肌動蛋白基因及其起動子被選殖出來,因此本研究選殖海鱺的beta肌動蛋白基因,進行序列、結構,和其啟動子分析。

Cobia is a cultured fish with high potential international market. The cobia cultureindustry will be developed as large as salmon culture industry in near futhure. However,disease and use of large quantity of fish oil become the hurdles of their development.Many efforts at molecular level have been put on the salmon culture studies. On theother hand, no such efforts have been focus on cobia. Therefore, cloning and analysis ofcobia actin promoter that are improtant for molecular studies become the objectives ofthis research project.
