The goal of this project was searched for (1) continually screening microsatellite DNAmarkers of tilapia; (2) these microsatellite DNA markers were used to analyze thevarieties (TsR and TsB founder stocks) between the TsR1, TsB1 (F1 generation) andparents on expression of growth and color distribution. In this study, these parents wereidentified before being used for mating, used microsatellite marker to cluster by Jaccard'ssimilarity based on polymorphic band; (3) utilizing microsatellite DNA markers analyzedthe genotype of tilapia from marketing.
