違禁藥及水產藥物在水產品複合微量殘留篩檢技術之研究

本研究旨以高效能液相層析儀串聯質譜儀開發多種違禁藥及水產藥物在水產品微量殘留之複合篩檢技術。建立各種藥物在質譜儀之最佳監測參數,探討高效能液相層析儀以層析管柱進行逆相層析分離,各藥物依不同滯留時間進入質譜儀進行離子化、分組以多重反應監測模式進行掃瞄偵測,期在相同層析條件下分析篩檢多種藥物。此外,亦將藥物加入水產品中,進行藥物分析回收率試驗,並建立各種藥物之最適層析條件、質譜分析方法及定量極限。

A high performance liquid chromatographic tandem mass spectrometric (HPLCMS/MS) method was used in this study with the aim of developing a multiresiduemethod allowing for the same chromatographic system for the separation anddetermination of drugs banned and used in the aquatic animals. The procedure wastherefore fully optimized for the separation of drug standard mixtures using a gradientelution on a reversed phase HPLC column. The optimization for the detection of drugsby HPLC-MS/MS was investigated. Multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) wasemployed for quantitative determination. The limits of quantitation and overallrecoveries of the entire method were estimated for each drug in various seafood.
