一.草蝦種蝦飼料研發本計畫掌握主要生產區的草蝦種蝦培育情形,供相關單位輔導政策擬定參考,並了解草蝦種蝦培育場的經營管理方式,種蝦生殖力和種蝦健康情形及活存率,建立草蝦種蝦的生產模式,並研發具促進草蝦健康、高成熟、高活存率、高生殖品質及低污染的水產人工配合飼料,以降低養殖成本,使草蝦養殖得以永續經營。二.水產飼料之抗生物質污染調查定期至雲、嘉、南、高、屏等六縣市進行飼料採樣,並分析氯黴素、磺胺劑、四環素、孔雀綠及硝基夫喃等藥物。三.膽鹼與卵磷脂對海鱺成長與脂質分佈之影響本計畫旨在探討海鱺成長所需之膽鹼與卵磷脂的添加量,同時也探討此兩種營養素對海鱺成長、飼料轉換率、體脂肪脂質分佈以及體成分之影響。建立海鱺對膽鹼、卵磷脂需求及改善肉質,作為開發海鱺專用人工飼料之應用資料。四.核苷酸之添加對海鱺成長與脂質代謝利用之影響台灣可應用於養殖漁業的水、土資源有限,發展海面箱網養殖有其必要性。海鱺成長快速、肉質佳,是現今熱門的箱網養殖魚種之一,開發海鱺專用人工飼料,降低成本、改善肉質有其迫切性。有關海鱺的飼料營養需求資料之建立已有初步之結果,海鱺給予適當良好之脂質可促進增重率並可節約蛋白質之需求。飼料中添加核甘酸對脊椎動物脂質代謝利用有促進之效果,因此本計畫擬於海鱺飼料中以不同含量之核甘酸混合物(等量之AMP、GMP、CMP、UMP、IMP)添加於飼料中進行海鱺飼育試驗以,增重率、飼料效率、活存率、肥滿度、評估其對成長之影響,最後分析肌肉、肝臟、血清之脂質含量及脂肪酸組成,評估其對脂質去飽和轉化能力代謝利用之影響。五.飼料離胺酸含量與銀鱸成長、肉質及代謝之關係離胺酸是許多魚類飼料蛋白源(尤其是植物性蛋白源)的第一限制胺基酸,由於離胺酸在動物體內扮演重要的生理角色,遂成為近年來大多數水產飼料胺基酸研究的主題,其含量並被應用作為決定其他胺基酸適當含量的參考數據。據推測銀鱸的飼料離胺酸需求約為飼料2.0%,但目前尚無正式試驗證實。此外,當飼料之離胺酸含量不足時,因代謝異常造成魚體脂質的過量蓄積而影響肉質。本試驗擬研究銀鱸飼料中合適的離胺酸含量,並由魚體生理代謝探討飼料離胺酸含量對肉質的影響。六.多醣體添加於鰻魚飼料中對鰻魚細胞性免疫的增強效應試驗鰻魚分組進行試驗,包括飼料中添加免疫激活物試驗(chitosan或glucan)和魚體免疫處理,從試驗魚脾臟及血液分離出巨噬細胞,在in vitro的環境下進行巨噬細胞的培養,測試各組間巨噬細胞吞噬細菌的效應,探討巨噬細胞經免疫激活物後和魚體免疫處理等,是否可適度增強細胞性吞噬活性。

一.草蝦種蝦飼料研發This project will acquire the rearing tiger shrimp broodstock situation in the mainproduction area that for the relative government to make policy consultation and someinstructional decision.Those will know the tiger shrimp broodstock administration style,broodstock fecundity ,shtimp health,survival rate in the rearing station in order toestablish the production mode of tiger shrimp broodstock .We research the high qualityand low pollution of artificial feed for improving shrimp health ,highermaturation,survival rate and fecundity of the tiger shrimp.Those will decrease theculture cost and the tiger shrimp culture enterprise will be in beneficial administrationforever.二.水產飼料之抗生物質污染調查The pollutant of antibiotics, including chloramphenicol, sulfa drug, malachite green,tetracycline and nitrofuran, on Aqua-feed in South Taiwan was studied .三.膽鹼與卵磷脂對海鱺成長與脂質分佈之影響This study will conducted to investigation the effects of supplemental choline and lecithinin the diets of juvenile cobia, and determine the effects of supplying lecithin and cholinein the diets on weight gain, feed conversion ratio, lipid deposition and body compositionof juvenile cobia, these data will be able to get information to improvement the artificialfeed and the quality of fish meat for cobia.四.核苷酸之添加對海鱺成長與脂質代謝利用之影響The cage culture popular species of cobia. Development special artificial diets are veryimportant for decrease cost and improvement the meet quality of cobia. Optimal lipidrequirement and quality increased growth and sparing the protein requirement of cobia.The dietary supplyment nucleotides for vertebrates increased lipids utilization. Thisstudy will conducted to determine the nutrition valuable of nucleotides for cobia. Theexperiment diets will prepared for supplement 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2,0.4 and 0.6 %nucleotides mixture with AMP、GMP、CMP、UMP and IMP in equivalent amountto evaluating the percentige weight gain, Food conversion ratio, survival rate andcondition facter for cobia. After feeding test analsing the lipid and fatty acid of muscle,liver and serum to estimate the nucleotides on lipid utilization of cobia.五.飼料離胺酸含量與銀鱸成長、肉質及代謝之關係Lysine appears to be the first-limiting amino acid in feedstuffs commonly used informulating feeds for warmwater fish and perhaps other fish as well. Since lysine isnormally the first-limiting amino acid in most feedstuffs, the requirements for the otherindispensable amino acids are expressed relative to the lysine requirement.Therefore,more requirement values have been reported for this amino acid. In addition, it has beenreported that the importance of lysine with respect to the intake and biosynthesis ofcarnitine especially in diets low in carnitine. Thus, lysine plays a vital role in energymetabolism. This project will be conducted to investigate the lysine requirement andeffects of dietary lysine levels on growth, metabolism and flesh quality of silver perch.六.多醣體添加於鰻魚飼料中對鰻魚細胞性免疫的增強效應The purpose of this studies will defined the activity of phagocytosis in macrophage aftereel(anguilla japonica)induced by immunostimulant agents(chitosan and glucan) or byvaccine. Total amount of bacteria or particles were undergoing phagocytosed bymacrophages should be examined in vitro.
