淡水魚類種魚培育及育苗技術研發

一.不同鹽度對大口湯鯉種魚成熟及孵化之影響本研究目的在探討不同塩度對養殖雌性種魚最後成熟階段及雄性精子活動能力的影響,並藉由HCG的注射誘導,經人工採卵受精後,瞭解受精卵發育的較適塩度,以作為人工繁殖種魚培育及孵化工作的參考。二.翹嘴紅之種原保存及育苗研究自野外收集翹嘴紅幼苗進行養殖以了解翹嘴紅育苗所需餌料及技術三.雄性吳郭魚苗之量產研究遺傳性雄尼羅魚之生產需7~8年之時間,每年均具階段性之目標。本年度為選取去年雌性化後養成之尼羅吳郭魚,進行子代試驗,以找出所需之xy雌魚。四.台灣紅色吳郭魚之育種研究選拔本中心保育之台灣紅色吳郭魚2~3種優良品系,實施自交或雜交,以進一步改良及純化品系。五.日本鰻之人工繁殖技術改進研究95年:建立日本鰻誘導自然產卵技術,嘗試仔鰻之培育。本年度之研究擬探討:1.鰻魚人為自然產卵之較適當方式,以期建立建立鰻魚人工催熟之標準操作程序。2.在不同飼料、水質條件或其它條件下培育鰻苗,比較鰻苗之活存率。

一.不同鹽度對大口湯鯉種魚成熟及孵化之影響This study is conducted to investigate the effect of salinity on the sexaul maturation ofrock flagtail ( Kwhlia rupestris) broodstock. The optimum salinity for incubating thefertilized eggs is also examed.二.翹嘴紅之種原保存及育苗研究Collects the young sprout of Culter alburnus to carry on the farming from the opencountry to teach the bait that seedling needs to anticipate with the understanding andtechnique, and understand the natural seedling in the situation that the different waterenvironment distributes, and teach the seedling process and then can understand the fishfry to absorb the habit,bait to anticipate and get to dwell for rest sex.The work that canenhance by the above-mentioned process to grow the seedling to grow in the days tocome, the putting of the concert moderation flows and stays a ground of protection, inresponse to the addible ethnicity quantity.三.雄性吳郭魚苗之量產研究The production period of genetic male tilapia needs 7~8 years; each year is withstepwise goal.This year, The progeny tests are to be implemented on the maturefeminized fish got from last year's experiments, in order to sort out the xy femaleparents.四.台灣紅色吳郭魚之育種研究The selfcross or hybridization for some strains of Taiwanese red tilapia is toimplemented, in order to improve its characteristics. On the other hand,biotechnological methods are to be used for the help of discrimination between strains.五.日本鰻之人工繁殖技術改進研究This study try to find the suitable methods for the Japanese eels(Anguilla japonica) toinduce maturation and spontaneous spawning and also try to elvate the survival rate ofthe eel larvae.
