本研究擬建立日本鰻誘導自然產卵技術，嘗試仔鰻之培育以提高鰻苗之活存時間。
This study try to find the suitable methods for the Japanese eels(Anguilla japonica) toinduce maturation and spontaneous spawning and also try to elvate the survival rate ofthe eel larvae.
