飼料離胺酸含量與銀鱸成長、肉質及代謝之關係

離胺酸是許多魚類飼料蛋白源(尤其是植物性蛋白源)的第一限制胺基酸,由於離胺酸在動物體內扮演重要的生理角色,遂成為近年來大多數水產飼料胺基酸研究的主題,其含量並被應用作為決定其他胺基酸適當含量的參考數據。據推測銀鱸的飼料離胺酸需求約為飼料2.0%,但目前尚無正式試驗證實。此外,當飼料之離胺酸含量不足時,因代謝異常造成魚體脂質的過量蓄積而影響肉質。本試驗擬研究銀鱸飼料中合適的離胺酸含量,並由魚體生理代謝探討飼料離胺酸含量對肉質的影響。

Lysine appears to be the first-limiting amino acid in feedstuffs commonly used informulating feeds for warmwater fish and perhaps other fish as well. Since lysine isnormally the first-limiting amino acid in most feedstuffs, the requirements for the otherindispensable amino acids are expressed relative to the lysine requirement.Therefore,more requirement values have been reported for this amino acid. In addition, it has beenreported that the importance of lysine with respect to the intake and biosynthesis ofcarnitine especially in diets low in carnitine. Thus, lysine plays a vital role in energymetabolism. This project will be conducted to investigate the lysine requirement andeffects of dietary lysine levels on growth, metabolism and flesh quality of silver perch.
