重要漁產品生產履歷及監測預警系統之建立與應用

本研究96年主要推動工作為增修訂水產品TGAP內容、發展養殖田間格網監測預警系統、開發TGAP水產品共同生產履歷TGAP資料庫登錄及查詢平台,並繼續完成建立本所淡水繁養殖中心竹北試驗場鱸魚養殖示範。成果摘述如下:1.修訂已公告文蛤、石斑、鱸魚、蜆、牡蠣、白蝦之TGAP規範。2.完成烏魚、黃蠟鰺、淡水長臂大蝦、香魚養殖品項TGAP規範訂定。3.完成七星鱸魚TGAP自行示範養殖及TGAP紀錄登載。4.完成9項水質參數、10項氣象參數、2項流量參數之田間監測GPRS/藍牙傳送裝置電路設計及硬體模組開發。5.完成田間監測傳送模組之遠程GPRS/PC端及現場藍牙/PDA端控制軟體開發。6.完成新版生產履歷動態資料庫網頁產生器網站系統之規劃與設計。7.完成與第一層TAFT、第二層STIP生產履歷交換平台間XML資料交換之輸出入機制及程式模組開發。

For promotion and enhancement of agriculture value chain integrated with a Taiwan Good Agricultural Practice (TGAP), aquaculture field observation facilities and a traceability information system will be applied and developed. Some results are summarized as follows: 1. Discussion and modification for the announced 6 TGAP documents.2. Make 4 new TGAP documents.3. Finish a full demonstration TGAP-way culture of Japanese sea bass at Chupei branch station, Freshwater Aquaculture Research Center, Fisheries Research Institute.4. Build a multi-parameter water quality, weather and water current monitoring and control hardware module beside Japanese sea bass pool, which can be remotely controlled by a GPRS network and in-situ controlled by a blue-tooth communication.5. Design PC/Windows and PDA/WinCE software for receiving data and controlling instruments by the monitoring hardware module above. 6. Finish the first half cultural progression of Japanese sea bass at ChuPei Station.7. Build both front and backoffice of a L3 TGAP information website for hosting TGAP records.
