飼料中植物性蛋白及胺基酸適量添加量之研究

本試驗擬探討以不同黃豆製品取代飼料中一半量的魚粉並補足甲硫胺酸,對七星鱸(Lateolabrax japonicus)成長與生理效應的影響。對照組以魚粉為主要蛋白源,其餘5組分別由脫脂黃豆粉、黃豆濃縮蛋白、黃豆精離蛋白、發酵黃豆粉、以及黃豆和劣質魚粉共發酵產品取代飼料中50%的魚粉,各組飼料等氮及等能量設計。試驗每一處理組有三重複,每一重複置10尾七星鱸稚魚(平均重約7.6g)於兩尺之過濾循環水族箱中,流水量約為120 L/h,試譣共進行10週。結果顯示,餵以全魚粉組飼料之魚體增重和百分增重率最佳,黃豆濃縮蛋白組與黃豆/魚粉共發酵組顯著優於脫脂黃豆粉組和發酵黃豆粉組,在飼料利用方面也是以脫脂黃豆粉組和發酵黃豆粉組較差。另外,魚體的解剖形態和血容比也受到飼料的顯著影響。

This study was carried out to explore the effect of partial substitution of dietary fish meal by differently processed soybean meals on the growth and physiological reponses of juvenile Japanese sea bass Lateolabrax japonicus. Six diets were formulated to be isolipidic (13% lipid) and isonitrogenous (41% crude protein). A fish meal based diet was used as the control. The treatments consisted replacing 50% dietary fish meal protein by defatted soybean meal, soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, fermented soybean meal and a product of soybean-fish meal co-cultured fermentation, respectively. Each experimental diet was fed to 3 replicate groups of 10 fish (initial body weight of 7.6 g) two times daily to apparent satiation for 10 weeks. At the end of the growth trial, the final weight, percent weight gain and feed utilization was highest in the control fish. The growth of fish fed diets with soy protein concentrate or soybean-fish meal co-cultured were superior to that of fish fed diets with defatted soybean meal or fermented soybean meal. On the other hand, biological measurements and hematocrit value were significantly affected by dietary treatments.Keywords: Japanese sea bass, soybean meal, diet, growth
