The project aims to digitize and disseminate fisheries information with full text retrieving system through internet to improve research efficiency and to setup Taiwan Good Agricultual Practices (TGAP) on aquaculture that provides standard procedures for aquaculture industry how to raise, process, and sell farmed fishes. In this year, the tasks are continuously to digitize papers, convert the Institute's publication into electronic books with PDF format, complete TGAP for other species, and establish a demonstration operation for ayu aquaculture. Through the wide spread information and technical specification, the competitive strength of fisheries in Taiwan can be improved.
