本研究分析1997年至2008年間宜蘭南方澳鮪延繩釣船漁獲資料以瞭解台灣近海大目鮪漁獲之變動。由標本船12年間漁獲資料顯示大目鮪漁獲佔總漁獲重量比例在0.04%到8%之間，主要漁獲月份在每年的3月到8月之間，漁獲的年間波動變化顯著。大目鮪漁獲尾叉長介於63-217公分間，平均為110 ± 17公分；大目鮪體長體重關係呈冪函數，其關係式為WT = 4.823 × 10-5 × FL2.804，呈現年間顯著差異。

This research analyzed the fishing data of sampling ships in Suao, Yilan from 1997 to 2008 to clarify the relationship between oceanographic conditions and bigeye tuna fisheries. The fraction of bigeye tuna was between 0.04% and 8% in the 12 year dataset. The main fishing season was between March and August and interannual fluctuation in total landings was observed. The observed fork length of bigeye tuna was between 63-217 cm, with an average of 110 ± 17 cm. The exponential function of length-weight relationship was WT = 4.823 × 10-5 × FL2.804, and interannual differences was significant.
