This study try to explore the suitable methods for induced spawning of the japanese eel (Anguilla japonica) and to investigate the appropriate methods of aquaculture for Anguilla marmorata . Artificially induced sexual maturity of the eel used homogenized salmon pituitary mixed gonadotropin injection and mature female eels induced spawning used DHP(4mg/Kg body weight)injected seem to have better effects. The results of feeding different diets on the growth rate of Anguilla marmorata showed tha t feeding commercial fry diets have the best growth rate, followed by feeding with eel diets group , ayu expanded pellet group and ayu pellet diets group. The results of acute toxicity tests of Anguilla marmorata showed that potassium permanganate is the most toxic to Anguilla marmorata , followed by masote, copper sulfate, indine, BKC-80, hypochlorit and formalin .
