優質龍膽石斑種苗培育技術改進之研究

成熟鞍帶石斑(Epinephelus lanceolatus)種魚分別以中國製之絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)及黃體釋放激素類似物(LHRHa)與我國製絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG),以相同劑量進行催熟產卵實驗,中國製之絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)產卵率為0%;我國製絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG) 產卵率為100%。經RT-PCR確認感染NNV之鞍帶石斑及七星斑(Plectropomus leopardus)進行中間育成試驗,30日後鞍帶石斑存活率為26.2%,七星斑存活率則為67%。

The matured king grouper brookstock induce spawning by HCG and LHRHa from China and HCG (Gonad) from Taiwan, respectively. The same dosage was injected in this experiment. The spawning rate was 0% in China system, but 100% in Taiwan system.The larvae of king grouper and coal trout infected NNV was checked by RT-PCR. They was used experimental animal to carry out nursery trial. The result of survival was 26.2% in king grouper and 67% in coal trout after 30 days trial..
