天然萃取物應用於魚病防治研究

在全球逐漸減少抗生素的使用趨勢下,本研究探討萃取海藻機能性物質,再結合魚蝦腸道篩選之乳酸菌及酵母菌等益生菌,並嘗試利用發酵技術,以海藻發酵作為益生素使用,開發具強化免疫力機能性及抗菌性之飼料添加物素材;評估自產氫發酵廢液單離之後選益生菌株Bacillus cereus biovar toyoi及B. fusiformis在草蝦及白蝦繁殖之應用效果與方法;篩選拮抗鏈球菌Streptococcus iniae及光桿菌Photobacterium damselae subsp. damselae之科學中草藥;提供魚蝦類養殖業者作為抗生物質或藥物的取代可行性,以預防魚病的損害,提高水產物的安全性。

In the global tendency of gradually reducing the use of antibiotic, this research discusses the extract of functional material from seaweed products and herbs. It is to carry on the screening antibacterial material from herbs or using algae as raw material, and to try the lactobacillus fermentation algae to use as prebiotics, as well as to assess the applied method and effect of candidate probiotics, Bacillus cereus biovar toyoi and B. fusiformis which were isolated from hydrogen-producing fermented solution, using in the larviculture system of Penaeus monodon and Litopenaeus vannamei reared from zoea 1 to postlarva 1, to develop immune ability functional and the antibacterial feed supplement, to provide antibiotics or the medicine substitution for aquaculture farmers, that may prevent fish disease and enhances the security of aquatic products.
