建立水產養殖之安全防疫生產模式

本研究之目的在於應用經濟耐用的材質來建構養蝦池的防疫設施以營造SPF環境,然後放養SPF草蝦苗,以確立在疫區生產SPF草蝦之養殖技術。並據以作為示範場之用,提供業者參觀,以利推廣與技術移轉等工作之推動。在一口(550 m2)加裝防鳥網的簡易HDPE池中進行SPF草蝦養殖試驗。放養時蝦苗體重0. 3g,密度為50尾/m2。養殖180天後收成,收成時體重為30.2 g,活存率為67.7%,單位面積產量為1.02 kg/m2,平均每週成長速度為1.16 g,飼料轉換比為2.34。

The purpose of this study is to apply the cost-effective and durable materials to build biosecured facilities to create SPF environment for culturing SPF white shrimp, Penaeus monodon in infested area. Then it will served as demonstrate farm open to the shrimp farmers to facilitate the transfer of the technology. Tungkang Biotechnology Research Center: SPF white shrimp were cultured in a biosecured HDPE pond of 550 m2 for 180 days at culture density of 50 shrimp/m2. At harvest, shrimp grew from 0.03g to 30.2 g with survival rate of 67.7%, yield of 1.02 kg/m2, growth rate of 1.16 g/week and FCR of 2.34, respectively.
