免疫激活物質和細菌疫苗增強鰻魚免疫力之研究

免疫激活物試驗,以免疫激活物飼料進行飼育鰻魚4星期後,進行鰻弧菌(Vibrio anguillarum,MT1741)攻擊試驗;2% chitosan試驗組36h LC50為106 cfu/ml,48h LC50<104 cfu/ml,對照組(無添加免疫激活物)36h LC50為106 cfu/ml,48h LC50<104 cfu/ml(Table 2),試驗結果顯示高濃度2% chitosan對於鰻魚仍無保護效力;但2%試驗組48h LC50為107 cfu/ml,顯示β-glucan對鰻弧菌攻擊具保護力。免疫激活物飼育+細菌免疫試驗,0.1% β-glucan 96h LC50為106 cfu/ml,0.5% β-glucan、1% β-glucan、2% β-glucan等3種不同濃度的試驗組96h LC50都大於108 cfu/ml,顯示β-glucan飼育配合細菌免疫對試驗魚具強大的保護力,可以有效對抗鰻弧菌。

The purpose of this studies will defined the protective ability of eel (Anguilla japonica) after induced by immunostimulant agents or. The result of challanged test showed that 48h LC50 were 107 cfu/ml in the 2% β-glucan group fish, but were <104 cfu/ml in the 2% chitosan group fish and in the control group fish. The result showed 2% β-glucan as immunostimulant agent possessed the best protectively ability in eel. In immunostimulant agents + bacterial vaccination experiment, Powerful protective ability in experimental eel were showed by using high concentration β-glucan, the 96h LC50 were >108 cfu/ml in the three high concentration β-glucan group fish(0.5%, 1%, 2%).
