Balance of fatty acid on fish culture was important, however, the nutritional imformation for giant grouper has not been established yet. A series of experiments was designed to determined dietary requirements of grouper for essential fatty acids with a goal to differentiate the fatty acids metabolism. All experimental diet contained 10% lipid from various sources. At the end of the growth trial, the relationship between lipid sources and fatty acid profile on fish will be investigated.
