鰻線人工餌料之開發

本試驗目的為開發白身鰻苗人工馴餌飼料,用以取代傳統的絲蚯蚓養殖方式。首先建立基本參考數據,絲蚯蚓所含水分高於80%、粗蛋白約11%、脂肪含量則為3.0%;而市售日本鰻線飼料的水分約74%、粗蛋白19%、脂肪3%。經過三次的配方研究改良,以9種不同生鮮原料為主蛋白源,多種誘引物質與添加劑配比的改變,目前結果顯示鰻苗之成長已接近日本進口飼料組,而其成本價格僅有日製飼料的1/3到1/4。

This study was conducted to develop an artificial elver feed as alternative of blood worms in culturing elvers. The results of proximate analysis showed that the moisture content of blood worm was higher than that of Japanese artificial paste feed, while crude protein was higher in the feed. After modified formulations and 3 feeding trials, the growth of elver was improved. The results indicate that the blood worms can be replaced by artificial feed as start feed of elvers.
