新型安全消毒劑在水產養殖系統之應用研究

自製及商業二氧化氯對石斑魚受精卵孵化率的半影響濃度(EC50)分別是0.88mg/l與0.73mg/l。對石斑魚一日齡幼苗的24小時半致死濃度(LC50)分別是0.66mg/l與0.65mg/l。對白蝦後期後蟲X期的24小時半致死濃度分別是1.96mg/l與2.58mg/l。二氧化氯的降解速率受鹽度、總鹼度與打氣與否影響。二氧化氯在不同鹽度中均可氧化亞硝酸鹽,但在淡水中則無法氧化氨氮,海水中則可以氧化氨氮。

The EC50 of our laboratory and commercial chlorine dioxide for grouper egg hatch ratewere 0.88 and 0.73 mg/l. The 24 hours LC50 of our laboratory and commercial chlorinedioxide for 1 day old grouper larvae were 0.66 and 0.65 mg/l. The 24 hours LC50 of ourlaboratory and commercial chlorine dioxide for postlarvae X of white shrimp were 1.96 and 2.85 mg/l.The degradation rate of chlorine dioxide was affected by salinity, total alkalinity and aeration. Nitrite could be oxidized by chlorine dioxide in different salinity water. But ammonia could not be oxidized by chlorine dioxide in fresh water, and ammonia in sea water could be oxidized by chlorine dioxide.
