優質九孔種貝之培育

一、優質種貝培育於室內循環水系統及室外養殖池,分析腸道及池水平均總生菌數結果發現,在室內循環水系統中養殖之種貝腸道總生菌數種貝腸道總生菌數介於1.0×103~6.1×104 CFU/g,而室外養殖池種貝腸道總生菌數介於2.6×105~5.2×106CFU/g。在室內循環水系統中養殖種貝之池水總生菌數介於2.5×101~1.6×104CFU/ml,室外養殖種貝池水中之總生菌數介於3.4×103~6.3×105CFU/ml。二、根據試驗結果發現食用含多醣體飼料對九孔種貝之產卵量有所影響,添加醣體 5g/kg處理組每顆平均產卵量為46.7萬顆,較其他處理組及餵食龍鬚菜之對照組其種貝平均產卵量可提高10%以上。受精率試驗方面,試驗組之平均受精率皆明顯高於對照組10%以上。不過就種貝成長而言,餵食龍鬚菜之對照組種貝殼長明顯優於其他添加多醣體之飼料組。三、九孔血液之Phenoloxidase activity及superoxide anion, O2- 之測定發現餵食多醣體及未餵食的各組並無顯著差異 (P>0.05)。四、九孔人工繁殖研究:本年度截至目前為止己進行10次人工繁殖試驗,其中有5次是利用深層海水進行九孔人工繁殖。利用深層海水及本中心循環水進行繁殖試驗比較,結果本中心試驗組於14天開始發生掉落情形,25天後九孔種苗全數掉落殼長約1.2mm。而花蓮深層海水組除少數有掉落情形外大致生長情形良好,至3月中旬下浪板總計收集50,000粒種苗,殼長3.2-5.8mm。試驗結束後統計,花蓮深層海水平均每片浪板附苗數為320±70粒,而本中心平均每片浪板種苗數為9±5粒。

1.The high quality parents ablone was reared in indoor circulating water system and outdoor pools. Analyzing the average total bacterial number in the abalone intestine and pool water.The total bacterial number in the abalone intestine in indoor system was between1.0×103 to 6.1×104CFU/g and that of the outdoor system was between 2.6×105 to 5.2×106CFU/g. The total bacterial number in the water of the indoor circulating water system was between 2.5×101to 1.6×104CFU/ml and that of the utdoor system was between 3.4×103 to 6.3×105CFU/ml.2.According to our research, the diet with glucan had effect on the average egg production of abalone. The average egg number of Abalone fed with β-glucan (5g/kg) 46.7 ten thousands. The result showed to enhance the average egg number more than 10% of other groups and the contrast group fed with Gracilaria. In this study, the average of fertilization rate at test group was obviously higher than the one at contrast group, and the amount was over 10%. But in the growth of shell length, the contrast group grew better than test groups fed with glucan. 3.Abalone blood Phenoloxidase activity and Superoxide anion, O2- assay discovers oral administration glucan and not oral administration each group were not significantly different (P>0.05).4.The research of artificial propagation for abalones: There was 10 artificial propagation experiments conducted till now this year. Half of the propagation experiments was conducted with the introduction of deep sea water. Comparing the results between the one using deep sea water and the one using circulating water system in our research center, a partial falling occurred on day 14th and a total falling occurred on day 25th. At the time, the shell length was about 1.2mm. However, the growth of the abalone with the introduction of deep sea water was good, 50,000 juveniles was harvested till the middle of March, and the shell length was about 3.2 to 5.8 mm. The result showed that the early spatfall rate was highest in Hualicn reared with deep sea water (320±70 individuals) and the spatfall rate was mere 9±5 individuals in our research center.
