本研究在飼料研製及鰻魚養殖過程中，參酌TGAP運作之規範進行，初步建立鰻魚安全養殖的模式。放養前檢測鰻苗健康度、分析飼料原料、底土與水質之重金屬、抗生素與化學藥劑等。養殖期間加強水質管理，充分運用底質改良劑與生物製劑以維持良好的養殖環境，以提高養鰻的活存率。依照不同階段之鰻隻營養要求，調配以提高攝餌與抗緊迫的稚縵飼料，以增進成長與減少有機污染的成縵飼料，以及強化養殖後端的產品品質的肥育飼料。

To set up a good eel farming practices is the main purpose of this project. No chemical residues in pond sediments and eel will be conformed before the fish is stocked into the pond. The quality of artificial feeds, which is developed for nutrient enhancement during grow-out phase, will also be determined. Each key point throughout the rearing period will be monitored under control conditions.
