文蛤源頭管理及養殖模式之改進

雲嘉沿岸養殖用水之水溫在17.6-32.1℃,pH在8.03-8.41,鹽度在26-37psu、溶氧量在5.04-8.3ppm、COD在0.2-4.6ppm、SS在12.5-125ppm、總氨在0.1-1037.4ppb、亞硝酸鹽在1.1-19.8ppb、硝酸鹽2.6-206.1ppb。各採水點之Cu含量在0 – 73 ppb,Zn含量在0 –390 ppb。文蛤養殖池底土之氧化還原電位隨養殖時間增加而下降。而文蛤體重與氧化還原電位之間有正相關R=0.647,文蛤體重與氧化還原電位的迴歸分析為極顯著(P<0.01)。

Collect the coast water of Yunlin and Chiayi county for water quality and heavy metal analysis. Water Temperature between 17.6-32.1℃ , p H between 8.03-8.41, Salinity between 26-37ppt, dissolve oxygen between 5.0-8.3 mg/l, SS between 12.5-125 mg/l, COD between 0.2-4.6ppm, ammonia-N between 0.1-1037.4ppb, nitrite between 1.1-19.8ppb, nitrate between 2.6-206.1ppb. Cu+2 ion between 0-73ppb, Zn+2 ion between 0-390 ppb. Redox potential in the bottom soil decreased with the rearing time. Clam’s body weight has a positive relationship with redox potential, R=0.647. Regression of body weight and redox potential have significant difference (P<0.01).
