輔助飼料及化學物質對養殖文蛤蓄積及代謝之研究

本研究主要針對文蛤、輔助飼料及化學物質之液相層析質譜檢測技術研發,利用已開發之液相層析質譜檢測技術偵對主要文蛤養殖區進行文蛤池池底土、文蛤及輔助飼料之化學物質測定;並研究輔助飼料及化學物質對養殖文蛤蓄積及代謝。文蛤氯黴素、磺胺劑、富來頓代謝物及孔雀綠與還原型孔雀綠之最低偵測極限分別為0.1ppb 、 5ppb 、0.5ppb及0.5ppb,其檢量線線性相關係數r2均大於0.99。試驗分四組,分別為藥浴1、3、5 ppm 磺胺二甲氧嘧啶組及對照組,1、3、5 ppm組文蛤肉之磺胺二甲氧嘧啶濃度分別於48小時、48小時及18小時達高蜂,停止藥浴換水後三組均於18天後文蛤肉之磺胺二甲氧嘧啶之濃度小於最低偵測極限5ppb。

The purpose of the experiment is the development the optimal condition of chemical material by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Determination of chemical material residues in supplementary diets, hard clam and the soils of hard clam farm by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Study on accumulation and metabolism in hard clam with supplementary diets and chemical material. The chloramphenicol, sulfonamide, nitrofuran metabolism, malachite green and Leucomalachite green of the limit of detections(LODs) are 0.1ppb,5ppb,0.5ppb and 5ppb in hard clam tissue. The linear correlation coefficient r2 are larger than 0.99 .The test divided into four groups, one is control group, the others are 1,3,5 ppm groups. The maximum Sulfadimethoxine concentration in 1,3,5 ppm groups are 48 hour,48 hour and 18 hour. The Sulfadimethoxine residues in hard clam tissue fell below the detection limit of 5 ppb on the 18th day.
