誘發自然產卵使用經紫外線處理過之海水，先誘導雄貝自然排精，再由極少數量之雄貝所排出之精，使同一水槽中大量雌貝被誘導自然排出之卵受精，而雌雄種貝間亦可相互誘發，使成熟之精卵儘可能排出。種貝在水流動狀況下，容易誘發少量自然排精卵，未必需要經過紫外燈處理過之海水進行誘發。當雌雄種貝以適當之比例置於同一養殖籃，且在適當容量之水槽中，在循環式流水狀況下，不用紫外燈處理過之海水，對誘發大量種貝劇烈排精卵之效果，有待進一步探討。使用寬面淺底養殖籃為基質載體，在室外遮陽池水中，以垂直吊掛為原則，必要時可調整傾斜角度，遮蔽過強光照，抑制自然附生天然矽藻類過度增殖導致提早老化。隨著稚苗之成長而增加攝食量，再逐漸將垂直吊掛之角度調整接近水平，增加接受光照之面積，以提高矽藻類之增殖速度。由於淺籃為具有細孔目之結構體，稚苗在較高光照時可通過細孔目躲於背光處，當附著性矽藻之增殖夠九孔稚苗所需時，可將淺籃之角度調整至接近水平擺置，便於投放少量龍鬚菜補充。

When the broodstock of adult abalones are fully mature to induce spontaneously spawning under circulation flowing water are the same easy as induced by UV-treated seawater for some timeinterval. The presence of sperm in the spawning container triggered females to spawn. Partial spawning is observed in some specimens, which are used for these spawning trial. Ripe male and female abalone at a small ratio of 1 male:30 female or 10 male:1 female under circulation flowing water are induced to spontaneously spawning easily without UV-treated seawater. The substrates for lavae and benthic diatoms attaching are placed in outdoor tanks that the broad flat baskets are dangled under floating frame the angle at vertical would be fix easily.When abalone juvenile need more food the broad flat baskets are floated horizon for attaching and growing more benthic diatoms. This propagation and culture experiments have been conducted for labor-saving operation process that the mass-production abalone seeds wounld be easy.
