益生菌對養殖衛生條件菌與病原菌影響之研究

本研究應用益生菌之光合菌(Rhodovulum sulfidophilum)探討蝦類養殖環境中水中衛生條件菌及病原菌之影響。結果顯示光合菌對溶藻弧菌、腸炎弧菌有抑制性存在,進而可影響蝦類養殖池之弧菌數量,但對大腸桿菌則無顯著之抑制性。本試驗放養草蝦紅筋苗,以大量培養之光合細菌為益生菌添加菌種,進行養殖試驗。試驗結果顯示,草蝦在光合菌種添加組的存活率分別為(25.5±1.4%)、(29.8±3.3%)皆較對照組(2.6±0.9%)為佳。

The aim of the research investigated the effects of the probiotic, a photo-synthetic bacteria Rhodovulum sulfidophilum, on the coliform and pathogens in shrimp aquaculture. The results indicated that Vibrio alginolyticus and V. parahaemolyticus were inhibited by the probiotic when it was added in the ponds of shrimp larvae. But this inhibition can’t be found in the plate of E. coli. The amounts of ammonia-N and nitrite-N in the ponds also mitigated by adding photo-synthetic bacteria. In addition, the bacteria stabilized pH values in the water. Above all, treatment with photo-synthetic bacteria increase survival rate of the shrimp.
