水產飼料之添加物質對魚類影響及其代謝研究

本研究應用及建立液相層析串聯質譜儀的磺胺一甲氧嘧啶 (SMM)、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶 (SDM) 及磺胺二甲嘧啶 (SMT)分析方法。SMM、SDM 及 SMT 之方法檢測極限分別為 4.17 、 2.60 及 2.69 ppb,且此三種磺胺劑在0-30 ppb 的檢測範圍內之相關系數均大於0.99。經以添加任一磺胺劑的飼料餵飼後連續觀察32天,結果發現所有試驗魚體組織經32天時即未再檢出任一磺胺劑殘留。

The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for sulfamonomethoxine (SMM), sulfadimethoxine (SDM) and sulfamethazine (SMT) has been established in this study. The detection limit for SMM, SDM and SMT was 4.17, 2.60 and 2.69 ppb, respectively. The linearity range (0-30ppb) for SMM, SDM and SMT was >0.99. The sufonamides in fish tissues were determinated from 1-32 days after withdrawing the medicated-feed treatment. The sulfonamides could not be found in all the fish tissue samples in the 32 days.
