海鱺對禽畜蛋白源-雞肉粉的利用

選用國產與進口雞肉粉各二種,以0.5%三氧化二鉻作為指示劑,基礎飼料與測試之雞肉粉原料比例為70:30,採解剖方式採集糞便,測其蛋白質及脂質表面消化率,結果,以進口雞肉粉B之蛋白質表面消化率84.1%及脂質表面消化率85.1%皆較佳。選用進口雞肉粉B,依飼料中魚粉含量0、20、40、60、80%取代之,配製蛋白質含量45%,油脂含量10%之試驗飼料,進行14週飼育試驗,結果,以雞肉粉取代魚粉量在40%以下各組增重百分率與全魚粉組並無顯著差異,以增重百分率進行broken-line線性回歸分析求出雞肉黺最適取代量為飼料中魚粉含量的19.5%,試驗結束時分析各組魚體肌肉之一般組成,結果顯示各組間並無顯著差異。

Difference Poultry meal sources for apparent digestibility determinations of Cobia. The best is Vensta poultry meal (Import from Canada) that APD(apparent protein digestibility) and ALD(apparent lipid digestibility) is 84.1% and 85.1%. Using this local poultry meal replace fish meal various levels of 0、20、40、60、80%,to make experiment diets protein contend 45% and lipid contend 10%. Replacement lower 40% are not significantly different on growth for Fed 14 weeks. The optimal dietary level is 19.5% of poultry meal replacement fish meal by broken –line regression analysis on percent weight gain. Determination the cobia muscle, the proximate composition (g/100g) not significantly different of the cobia fed experiment diets for 14 weeks.
