本土SPF第五代（F5）之草蝦經眼觀與PCR檢測篩選無WSSV與TSV之大蝦，雌蝦有151尾，雄蝦有100尾進行人工催熟及培育本土SPF第六代之草蝦苗33萬尾。進行雜交品系（台灣F3♀×馬來西亞P♂）F1的自交，共篩選SPF的雌蝦68尾、雄蝦40尾；另SPF台灣F5的雌蝦101尾與雜交品系F1的雄蝦40尾進行再一次雜交。雜交品系F1的自交，共培育F2蝦苗18萬尾；台灣F5與雜交品系F1雜交，共培育F2蝦苗11萬尾。

The fifth generation of local SPF tiger shrimp Penaeus monodon without WSSV and TSV infection were picked up via PCR examination and observation, and 151 female and 100 male were given artificial induced maturation, and reared 330 thousand of the sixth local tiger shrimp larvae. Selfcross between the hybrids from Taiwan F3♀ and Malaysia P♂ (F1) was carried out, and then sieved out 68 female and 40 male from them. In addition, 101 Taiwan SPF F5 female tiger shrimps were hybridized again with 40 male of the cross hybrids F1. There are 180 thousand F2 shrimp larvae of the selfcross between F1 hybrids, and 110 thousand F2 shrimp larvae of the hybridization between Taiwan F5 and hybrids F1
