台灣北部海域中小型拖網漁業資源調查研究

本計畫之主要目的是在於瞭解與維護台灣北部海域底棲漁業資源,進而建立合理管控制度,敦促漁業資源得以永續利用。於宜蘭灣海域,由標本船漁況資料顯示,1至10月之平均CPUE為33.04kg/hr/boat,在其漁獲組成中,下雜魚約佔40.07%、依序為蝦類15.85%、鰺12.16%、金梭魚9.02﹪、鎖管6.48%、鮃鰈類2.61%及其他魚類等。在台灣北部海域方面,「水試一號」試驗船於本(96)年4月29日至5月1日8網次之平均CPUE為19.30kg/hr,主要漁物為真鰺(Trachurus japonicus)、灰貂鮫(Mustelus griseus)、日本金梭魚(Sphyraena japonica)、鎖管區(Loligo edulis)、中國黃點鯆(Platyrhina sinensis)等,該等魚種之平均CPUE分別為6.27 kg/hr、2.40 kg/hr、1.25 kg/hr、1,22 kg/hr及1.05 kg/hr。「海富」號試驗船於7月5日至12日24網次之平均CPUE為11.31kg/hr。其於彭佳嶼附海域之平均CPUE為14.73kg/hr,而在富貴角、白沙屯及苗栗附近等3海域之平均CPUE則分別為7.55kg/hr、9.34kg/hr及13.03 kg/hr。於彭佳嶼附近海域之主要漁獲物為真鰺及日本金梭魚,平均CPUE為9.68kg/hr及0.88 kg/hr。富貴角附近海域之主要漁獲物為白帶魚(Trichiurus lepturus)及細點圓趾蟹(Ovalipes punctatus),平均CPUE為1.32kg/hr及0.53kg/hr。白沙屯附近海域為白帶魚及刺鯧(Psenopsis anomala),平均CPUE為1.39kg/hr及0.95kg/hr。苗栗附近海域則為鎖管及條紋鯡鯉(Upeneus bensasi),平均CPUE為4.48kg/hr及0.76kg/hr。在網目選擇性方面,真鰺於4月底之平均全長為20.72±2.17cm,其由目大7cm之囊網逃逸至目大3cm覆蓋網之漁獲量比例為52.61%,而於7月上旬之平均全長為12.36±0.99cm時,其逸出量增至82.57%,有關此種特性對於漁業管理之考量範圍,將會繼續深入採討。

The purpose of this study is to realize and preserve demersal fisheries resource in northern waters of Taiwan. And to provided the reasonable technology to maintain the fisheries resource sustainable. The results of investigation showed that the average CPUE value is about 33.04kg/hr/boat from the baby trawler operated in Ilan Bay during January ~ October, 2007. Meanwhile, the trash fishes comprised 40.07% of the total catches, and the shrimp, trevally and scad, barracuda, squid, flounder and ray were 15.85%, 12.16%, 9.02%, 6.48% and 2.61%, respectively. A total of 8 bottoms trawl operations were conducted by R/V “Fisheries Research 1” in the northern waters of Taiwan during April 29 to May 1, 2007. And another 24 bottoms trawl operations were conducted by R/V “Hai-Fu” along the coast form northeast part of Taiwan to Miaoli areas during July 5~12, 2007. The average CPUE was 19.30kg/hr in the northern waters during Apr 29 to May 1. Its main species were Japanese jack mackerel (Trachurus japonicus), spotless smooth-hound (Mustelus griseus), Japanese barracuda (Sphyraena japonica), squid (Loligo edulis) and Chinese fanray (Platyrhina sinensis). And their average CPUE were 6.27kg/hr, 2.40kg/hr, 1.25kg/hr, 1.22kg/hr and 1.05kg/hr, respectively. The average CPUE was 11.31kg/hr along the coast form northeast part of Taiwan to Miaoli areas during July 5~12. As the average CPUE in the waters of Peng-Chia Yu was 14.73kg/hr. And the average CPUE in the waters of Fu-Kuei Chiao, Pai-Sha Tun and Miaoli were 7.55kg/hr, 9.34kg/hr and 13.03kg/hr, respectively. The main species in the waters of Peng-Chia Yu were Japanese jack mackerel and Japanese barracuda, both average CPUE were 9.68kg/hr and 0.88kg/hr. The main species in the waters of Fu-Kuei Chiao were largehead hairtail and hairtail and swimming crab (Ovalipes punctatus), their average CPUE were 1.32kg/hr and 0.53kg/hr. The main species in the waters of Pai-Sha Tun were largehead hairtail and Japanese butter fish (Psenopsis anomala), and their average CPUE were 1.39kg/hr and 0.95kg/hr. The main species in the waters of Miaoli were squid and Japanese goat fish (Upeneus bensasi), their average CPUE were 4.48kg/hr and 0.76kg/hr. As the respect on the mesh selectivity, there was 52.61% of Japanese jack mackerel catch escaped from cod end (mesh size 7cm) into cover net (mesh size 3cm) during April 29 to May1, and its average total length was 20.72±2.17cm. But the foresaid ratio increased to 82.57% during July 5 to July 12 and the average total length reduced to 12.36±0.99cm.Concerning this characteristics to the fishery management, the more investigations were to study in near future.
