本年度仍著重在擬探討誘導種鰻自然產卵之時機以提高自然產卵比率生產優質受精卵。在誘導鰻魚性腺發育方面目前仍以鮭魚腦下垂體研磨液混合促性腺激素注射之方式，催熟注射過程採樣，探討體增重、生殖腺重、消化道重、鰾重及卵徑等變化。經由抽卵檢視鰻魚卵發育在48小時內由不透明卵至卵核移行期。

This study try to explore the suitable methods for induced spawning of the japanese eel (Anguilla japonica). Artificially induced sexual maturity of the eel used homogenized salmon pituitary mixed gonadotropin injection and mature female eels induced spawning used DHP injected. The developmen of eel eggs can be from the opaque egg to the nuclear migration period within 48 hours.
