重要環境因子對鱸鰻成長之影響

本計畫擬探討鱸鰻較適合於何種環境以及較適生長水溫,以供鱸鰻資源培育與養殖試驗的參考。本試驗經由25 ℃水溫蓄養1天後,以每1℃/hr水溫之速度持續升或降溫。結果發現,鱸鰻的最高與最低致死溫度約在36.6-38.2℃及6.7-8.3℃,其最高與最低半致死溫度分別為37.6及 7.58℃。不同水溫之成長率與飼料轉換率,以30℃組最高,其次是25、20℃組,15℃組最低。鱸鰻在軟池之成長明顯比水泥池快。

This plan discussion Anguilla marmorata suits in what kind of environment as well as suits the growth water temperature. It provides the perch the eel resources cultivation and the cultivation experiment reference.
The initial temperature was 25 ℃ and was increased or decreased at the rate of 1 ℃ per hour. The upper and lower lethal temperatures were 36.6-38.2℃ and 6.7-8.3℃. Maximum and lowest lethal temperature of LT50 values were 37.06 and 7.58℃ respectively. The growth rate and feed conversion ratio were better in fish reared at 30 ℃ than at 25 ℃, 20 ℃ and15 ℃. The growth rate of Anguilla marmorata was better in earthen pond.
