繁殖用海水消毒處理之相關研究

次氯酸鈉加入海水中,會有次氯酸鹽和次溴酸鹽產生。次氯酸鈉在海水中的氧化能力受pH值、鹽度及有機物含量影響。次氯酸鈉加入海水時會使pH值上升,以硫代硫酸鈉中和時,會使其海水pH值下降,而氧化還原電位緩慢上升,當達滴定終點時,則氧化還原電位激烈下降,而海水pH值不再下降。而pH值的下降與次溴酸及溴酸鹽產生量有正相關存在。高錳酸鉀在水中的氧化消毒能力受pH值及有機物含量影響。當海水中含有高濃度有機物時添加次氯酸鈉或高錳酸鉀會使海水的pH值下降。海水中含有氨氮時會增加次氯酸鈉的消毒功效,海水中含有有機物對次氯酸鈉的消毒功效影響不顯著。而紫外線的照射對次氯酸鈉氧化能力的去除效率優於曝氣。

When sodium hypochlorite was added to sea water will produce hypochlorite and hypobromite. The oxidation of sodium hypochlorite was affected by pH value, salinity and organic matter in sea water. When sodium hypochlorite was added to sea water, the pH value of sea water will increase slowly. When sodium hypochlorite was neutralized by sodium thiosulfate in sea water, the pH of sea water will decrease slowly and the redox will increase slowly. When the end of titration was reach, the pH value of sea water will become stable and the redox will decrease sharply. The oxidation of potassium permanganate was affected by pH value and organic matter in sea water. When sodium hypochlorite or potassium permanganate was added to sea water which containing high concentration of organic matter, the pH value of sea water will decrease. If sea water containing ammonia nitrogen, the disinfection of sodium hypochlorite will increase. But the effect of organic matter on the disinfection of sodium hypochlorite was not remarkably. The effect of UV irradiation on the removal oxidation of sodium hypochlorite was better than aeration.
