This study used four 200 m2 concrete ponds to culture Litopenaeus vannamei to evaluated four different methods to remove particle under zero of limited water exchange condition. Results indicate that limited water exchange has the best final wt of 9.2 g, survival of 72%, yield of 1.08 kg/m2 and FCR of 1.4 among 4 ponds. To produce one kg of shrimp, water saving were 75%、69% and 71% by using net, filter and bag, respectively. Simple net and bag had better performance and saving energy and operating labors compared to filter. The rise of ammonia nitrogen in the early stage of culture can be controlled by adding molasses. All water quality parameters were in the save ranges and solid were below 320 ppm.
