與日本渡邊牡蠣研究所(Watanabe Oyster)進行技術交流

「保健食品研究開發」乃為農委會及國科會共同推動之重要目標導向研究計畫。本計畫擬學習日本保健食品之產業發展模式,瞭解產業界與學研單位共同發展之互補性及相互配合之道,以利研發成果之技術移轉,落實研發成果產業化。本組目前已具備水產保健機能性成份之萃取及功效評估技術,但在執行技術移轉上仍有進步的空間。有鑑於日本在科學研發結合產業發展上,已有多年的經驗及豐碩成果,因此擬赴日本與相關國際學者及產業先進作技術研習,以加強技術移轉的推動。

Developing of health food is the goal of Council of Agriculture (COA) and National Science Council (NSC). Our plan prepare for learning the health food production system of Japan. And try to set up the good cooperation between industrial circles and research institutes. We wish the good
cooperation can create more and more technique transfer. Since, our division had established the health food analysis model, but we think we still have paid more efforts on technique transfer. Thus, it ‘s necessary to learn the marine health food industrial production in Japan.
