This study aims to use a multiple satellite remote sensing images(including the sea surface temperature, ocean color and sea surface height, etc.) and Pacific saury catch, and the use of geographical weight regression model to investigate the spatio-temporal distribution of Pacific saury and its relation to the environmental factors. Additionally, the oceanic fronts, warm and cold, lorophyll-a distribution also examine to base on multiple satellite data in this study. Those results provide us to develop the nowcast information system of saury fishing grounds to service our fishermen of offshore industry by the use of fax, e-mail and internet etc.
